Pav bhaji !!! |
1.Pav - 6
2.Potato - 1
3.Peas - 1/2
4.Green pepper - 1/2
5.Onion - 1/2
6.Tomato - 1/2
7.Green chillies - 4
8.pav bhaji masala - 11/2 tbsp
9.Chilli pwdr - 1/4 tbsp
10.Orange color - a pinch ( Optional)
11.Butter - 1/2 stick
12.Cilantro
1.Lemon - half
Method:
* Pressure cook potato and peas for 3 whistles or until it mashes up.
* Cook the green pepper in microwave for 2 mins.
* Grind them all except potato and make a paste with tomato.
* Take a pan,add oil,a tbsp of butter and saute chopped onions and green chillies.
* When they turn translucent, add potato chunks and give it a toss.
* Sprinkle pav bhaji masala and chilli pwdr and give it a stir.
* Dump in the grinded mixture to the pan as shown.
* Adjust salt and pav bhaji masala to ur taste and turn it off when it starts giving oil out.
* Take a tava and add 1 tsp of butter and add pav bhaji masala and mix it.

* Squeeze some lemon juice to bhaji and serve with pav.
