Ingredients:
1.Chicken - 1 pound
2.green chillies - 3 to 4
3.ginger - 1 medium piece
4.garlic - 4 to 5 pods
5.mint leaves - 1 bunch
6.coriander leaves - 1 bunch
7.half & half milk - 1 cup
Marination process:
* grind all the ingredients except chicken
* cut the chicken into cubes and marinade it with salt into the mixture.
* Add half & half milk and mix it well.
*Leave it over night in the fridge.
Cooking process:
* pierce the chicken into the skewers and grill it.
* serve it with ketch up
