Chicken kebab

Inspite of growing fast food chains, many of us has started to watch our diet.So this is the perfect dish for those who are against oil.chicken is grilled and marinaded with spices. so nothing to worry weight watchers.........

1.Chicken - 1 pound chillies - 3 to 4
3.ginger - 1 medium piece
4.garlic - 4 to 5 pods leaves - 1 bunch
6.coriander leaves - 1 bunch
7.half & half milk - 1 cup
Marination process:
* grind all the ingredients except chicken
* cut the chicken into cubes and marinade it with salt into the mixture.
* Add half & half milk and mix it well.
*Leave it over night in the fridge.
Cooking process:
* pierce the chicken into the skewers and grill it.
* serve it with ketch up
